Uses of Blogs $41.27 Uses of Blogs brings together scholars and practitioners from a wide range of fields to offer a broad spectrum of perspectives on current and emerging uses of blogs. Blogging is rapidly developing into a mainstream activity for Internet users, but beyond the popular headlines, there has been very little serious research done on their actual application in specific, everyday contexts. One reason for this is that the variety of styles of blogging — new blogs and political commentary blogs, marketing blogs, corporate dark blogs, fictional blogs, educational blogs, to name just a few — make it difficult to generalize and to imagine how blogs might be used in particular environments. This pathbreaking new book demonstrates the application of blogs and blogging in the full range of industrial and social contexts. |

Do You Know How to Swing in Golf by Lou Martiniano
Do you know how to swing in golf? Well I do!
Do I have the perfect golf swing? My golf swing is petty close to a perfect golf swing.
During last season, I knew how to swing in golf but I was not very good at scoring. I was just off and needed help. I went to a couple of experts and they both had different methods to the golf swing.
They were so different, I could not decide which one I liked. So when the season was over, I decided I would visit various web sites and see which one I liked the best. I hoped that the web site I liked would teach me how to swing the perfect golf swing.
I picked one and spend my $47 and began the lessons. It was a simple method of swinging the golf club and it would not change my swing. But stupid me, I continued to look to see if I could find the perfect method to learn how to swing in golf.
I found one and spent another $97 for this one. This teacher had lots of videos and I like some of the things he was teaching but wasn’t so sure about others. So I went and looked around some more.
I found another and spent another $67 dollars and found it to be completely different then the other two and the two lessons I got from last season. But I was able to take away things from each of them I liked. For an example, I liked how one would swing using a driver but I liked another for how he chipped while like liked another for the method used for pitching.
Still ever so curious, I continued to look around. I guess I had more money and time then common sense. But I was not satisfied I had found the perfect golf swing tip. After all, I knew how to swing in golf but I was looking for the holy grail for the perfect golf swing.
I went looking at YouTube to see who had something I would like on video. I found a couple more teachers that had videos showing their method of the golf swing and spent more money. In all, I spent about $300 for various instructions on how to swing in golf.
Then all of a sudden, the first guy whos videos I bought was not around any more. Soon a new instructor emerged and I was not sure what was going on. Well, the site remained and the new guy had some videos he would show us about his techniques. Then he offerred a video series with a huge discount for us memebers. The site that had been bought out apparently. Well, I spent another $27 and began watching and practicing with his videos.
I liked this guy and began using his techniques. Soon I was swinging like a pro. But I was doing all of these swings in my office that was pretty small and low ceilings. Luckily I had a weighted club which had the perfect grip on it and a shortened club with a weight on the end. I could swing it in the office.
I got a grooved golf swing and was even able to practice chipping and putting in my living room/dining room combo. But the weather was really bad and there was lots of snow and then rain and all of a sudden the season started. I had only been to the golf range once and here we were starting the season.
I started out pretty good but I was very eratic and I would have two good holes and then a terrible one. My scores were up near mid to high 40s for nine holes but I was winning a lot of my matches as I was good on seven out of nine holes. In most instances, I was only about two or three over par for those seven holes and the other two were eight to ten over par.
But I found that my golf swing was almost perfect so I did know how to swing in golf. I cannot give credit to any one instructor that I learned from online but there were three that gave me the most help. If you are in need of help with your golf swing and want to know how to swing in golf visit my blog and see what I went though to find the best golf swing.
