As already mentioned, make sure everything is in alignment: toes, knees, hips, shoulders and eyes. Try his right eye during the launch. Then use the large muscles of the back and shoulders to hit the ball. Never wrists or hands in the race. You can also try different methods such as low adhesion of the left or claw. During practice, try placing your eye to the hole, the ball. Make sure the final movement makes the ball to end without skipping.
